Out of all honestly you will never stop scamming and hacking on habbo hotel, It's basically a feature to all games, every game will have dirty players who scam and harm people to gain things and make themselves better.
I have a question though, How do you catch the scammers and hackers?

hhhmm you have a point but what i say is we catch thm by mostly close incounters wich is a risk and its impossabel to stop it intirely but we gotta do our part

Well, to figure out if spmeone is hacking there are signs like if there flodding room, and then u see a tele opening and closing whoever was flodding had to be the person doing that. Well, even if you see someone flodding a room there hacking.

u cant be sure thoguh if they flood room im not hacker and i flood rooms lotsa times i just have to much to say and i type it to fast
